Ecobelt start supporting Woodland Trust through Corporate Membership, we are incredibly proud to support the Woodland Trust core objectives, creating, protecting, and restoring UK woodland for the benefit of people and wildlife.
Woodland Trust have over 1,100 woodlands across the UK, and these woodlands are under the ownership of the Trust forever which means that vital habitats for nature, wonderful places to visit for communities, and important carbon banks are protected for the future. The Trust’s estate is a carbon bank of around 9.5 million tonnes and absorbs approximately 170,000 tonnes of Co2e per year as well as providing the wildlife and community benefits.
